E4 Church Leadership

To the right is a visual representation of the new E4 Leadership Model being implemented in our Morton church. E4 represents the principles of Ephesians 4 – to edify, equip, empower, and engage the church to disciple and evangelize. The E4 Leadership Council is an advisory body whose purpose is to foster more effective collaboration and communication between different ministries of the church. It is comprised of the Elder/Minister Team, two Trustee Board officers, the Ministry Area Leads for the six Ministry Areas, and an E4 Administrator.
