Announcements

1.  Information Regarding Streaming Services 
The Sunday and Wednesday night church services have been streamed and recorded on video for over a year.  
Now that the Sunday School children are again singing in front of the church, we want parents to be aware that the kids will be in the video.

2. August 2-7 - Bible Class Missions Trip
The Bible Class students, teachers and some parents will be traveling to Sunset Gap in Cosby, Tennessee to volunteer there and then to Leo, IN to help with the Gateway Woods Auction.  
The church family is encouraged to use the daily Bible Class Mission Trip Prayer Calendar.
The Bible Class will share with the congregation about their mission trip at the Fellowship Hall for the Family Worship Night on Wednesday 8/11.

3. August 4 – All Church - Sharing the Gospel Bible Study – Lesson #7 
Small groups and sanctuary teaching will go from 7:00pm – 8:15pm
The sanctuary teaching will be available by livestream and archive audio and video
The ~5-minute videos that go with each lesson can be found on the National AC Church website: www.apostolicchristian.org/sharing-the-gospel-study 

4. 2021-22 College Students and Family’s Welcoming Events
 ISU Welcome Night
On behalf of the ISU Young Group, we are seeking to reach any incoming freshman and returning students attending Illinois State, Wesleyan, or Heartland Community College in the upcoming academic year.
Our Young Group is hosting its annual Welcome Night on Sunday, August 15, 2021. This evening is meant to be an informational meeting about our young group, but more importantly as a night to become acquainted with one another in anticipation for the upcoming school year.
A pizza dinner will begin at 4:00pm at the Bloomington church, and parents are encouraged to attend! Students and their families are also invited to attend Bloomington church at 9:15am that morning.
U of I Welcome Picnic
On behalf of the UIUC Young Group, we are seeking to reach any incoming freshman and returning students attending the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign or Parkland College in the upcoming academic year.
Our young group is hosting its annual Student Welcome Picnic, August 22 at 4:00pm where we would love to invite any incoming students and their family to a Sunday service at 9:45am with the Champaign congregation followed by a picnic after service. Most importantly, this day is meant to be an opportunity for students to interact with their new church family and for the young group to get acquainted with each other.
