Announcements
1. Saturday, August 9, 8am-3:30pm – General Conference at Tremont Church
All are encouraged to attend, please sign up by August 2nd. https://www.apostolicchristian.org/general-conference
2. Tuesday, August 12, 2025, 6-8 pm – Restmor Ice Cream Social is Back!
Overflow parking will be available at The Parkside. The Restmor bus will begin a shuttle at 5:45 pm transporting visitors from The Parkside to Restmor’s front door. Donations of baked goods, particularly pies, would be greatly appreciated (meringue and refrigerated pies are discouraged). Please bring them to Restmor on August 12, by 2 pm, preferably in disposable containers. Everyone is invited to enjoy some delicious ice cream and desserts and a pleasant evening of fellowship!
3. Tuesday, August 19, 9am-12pm – Help Needed for Church Kitchen Cleaning
Please sign up at the kitchen sign-up table if you can volunteer to help clean. Buckets, rags, and cleaning supplies will be provided.
4. Resource Center Information
The Resource Room provides Bibles for all ages, Bible studies, and various books about marriage, parenting, evangelism, and apologetics, and the Christian life. These resources are free for anyone who needs them or anyone looking to share a Bible or resource with someone in need. As always, all are welcome to browse the Resource Room at any time. New materials have recently been added to the Parenting section including:
o What are Hands for?
o What are Mouths for?
o What are Eyes for?
o What are Ears for?
o What are Feet for? all written by Abbey Wedgeworth.
• Each of these lift-the-flap board books can be used as an engaging training tool in teaching little ones Christ-like behaviors.
• Children's Gospel Catechism by Jase Ely
o This book serves as a guide for parents to teach their children basic Truths through 33 questions and answers divided into three sections: Who is God? Who is man? and How does Jesus bring God and man back together? Includes scriptures, illustrations, and a parent/teacher guide.

E4 Church Leadership Model
• Now that we have launched the new E4 Church Leadership Model, we will discontinue regular weekly updates in this format.
• Depending on the work of each Ministry Area, we will occasionally use pulpit announcements, special emails, or updates after the morning or afternoon services to share new developments.
• Please remain prayerful for all involved, that God can be glorified, and all our ministries can be effective to help our church fulfill its mission to proclaim the gospel, nurture believers, and perform deeds of service for our local community and the world.
