E4 Church Leadership Model
• As a reminder, the reason we chose E4 as the abbreviation for our new shared church leadership model is the message in Ephesians 4 to the early church: to Edify, Equip, Empower, and Evangelize.
• Please note the attached visual that shows the composition of the E4 Leadership Council (this will also be on display on the Information Center).
• Over a six-week period, we will feature each of the six Ministry Areas. We started with UPREACH/Worship last week and will now highlight the second UPREACH Ministry Area – Spiritual Growth.
• UPREACH is focused on our vertical relationship with the Trinity: God, our Father; Jesus, His Son; and the Holy Spirit.
o The Spiritual Growth Ministry Area Team will be led by Bro. Jeremiah Psinas. o Members of the team include: Brothers Bryon Flett, Nathaniel Kaiser, and Blake Stahl; Sisters Melissa Heinold, Joyce Kaiser, and Christine Stahl.
o The charge for this team is vertical worship, focusing on the spiritual development and growth of the congregation, with the following primary responsibilities: Biblical Teaching, Bible and Topical Studies, Family Night, Adult VBS, and Convert Management.
• Please be prayerful for these brothers and sisters as they assume this significant responsibility to enhance the second of our church’s 4-pillar mission – to teach and nurture the believers.
