E4 Church Leadership Model
• E4 is the abbreviation for our new shared church leadership model because of the message in Ephesians 4 to the early church to: Edify, Equip, Empower, and Evangelize.
• Please note that a visual of the new E4 Leadership Structure is on display near the Information Center, featuring the members of the E4 Leadership Council.
• We are in the middle of featuring each of the six Ministry Areas. The first two weeks highlighted the two UPREACH Ministry Areas – Worship and Spiritual Growth. Over the last two weeks, we covered two of the three INREACH Ministry Areas – Discipleship and Youth Ministries.
• INREACH is focused on our horizontal relationship within our church family, including teaching, mentoring, youth programs, and church family care and fellowship.
o The Church Family Ministry Area Team will be led by Bro. Clint Heinold and Sis. Stephanie Heinold, with Bro. Fred Funk serving as the Minister Liaison.
o Members of the team include: Brother Denny Wells; Sisters Wendy Braker, Audrey Dubert, Sheryl Kaiser, Jane Kieser, Geana Tanner, and Debbie Wells
