Worship Through Song

Family Hymn Sings

Almost every other month we have a family hymn sing on a Sunday evening at the church. Before the singing, there is a usually a meal provided in the cafeteria. We often include a special group who sings a few songs, and the entire singing lasts about an hour. It's a wonderful evening to fellowship together and to worship our God in song.

Invite-A-Friend Singing

Once a year, the Morton Church invites family, friends, & neighbors to join us for an evening of song worship at the Fellowship Hall. We are blessed to have a brotherhood who shares a love for singing and fellowship.

All-Church Wiener Roast Singing

In the Fall, we share a wiener roast potluck behind the Fellowship Hall on a Sunday evening. After the meal and time of fellowship, everyone gathers around the bonfire for a time of song worship.

Christmas Caroling

During the holiday season, we gather at the church to go out into the community in groups to sing Christmas hymns to those who may be home-bound, in the nursing home, or in need of Christmas cheer. We return to the church for a chili dinner.

"Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all ye lands. Serve the Lord with gladness: come before his presence with singing."

Psalm 100:1-2
